Soles4Souls.org , A Great Way To Take Care of Your Shoes

Dear Friends & Neighbors,
(Please click on red and note magenta)
As part of our Spring Cleaning, I was clearing out our shoe closet and found several pairs of old shoes of mine that are in fairly good condition, but have gotten rather tight over the years. Since I’m a great fan of comfort (have not worn any high heeled shoes for over 20 years), this particular pair of shoes has gone into semi-retirement, taking up the closet space. In the spirit of our Earth Day Week for reduce-recycle-reuse, I thought, “There’s got to be a better way!”
Voila! I found it! Thanks to the existence of internet, I’ve located a site named: www.soles4souls.org
Their Mission (bold print, below, taken from the site soles4souls.org/our-mission)
Soles4Souls has partnered with companies to be drop-off locations to make it easier for individuals to donate shoes and help those in need around the world. If you simply go to: www.soles4souls.org/locations , you’d be able to find drop-off locations near you. Drop-off locations are reserved for individual/personal shoe donations and NOT for shoe drives or larger donations. For shoe drives or larger donations, please review shipping information.
