Yes, it’s that time of the year when all of us are getting ready to clean out our attic, garage, and closets…and will be happy to share some of those baby clothes or toys that’s only been worn/played once before little Joey or Jenny grew out of them. So, it’s not surprising that as I drove by West of CR 535 in the Windermere area, there are two subdivisions, Lakes of Windermere

and Providence,
Upcoming Community Yard Sale of Providence (in Windermere, FL) (credit: Windermere Sun-Susan Sun Nunamaker)
with their Community Yard/Garage Sale signs out. The Community Garage Sale of Lakes of Windermere will take place on Sat., April 18, 2015, between 8:00 am-2:00 pm. The Community Yard Sale of Providence will be taking place during the upcoming Sat., April 11, 2015. Your next question may be: so where is it going to take place? My response: many HOA’s in the Windermere and in Florida state reserve the right to decide specific dates of the garage or yard sale for the whole community. It’s a great way to recycle, reduce, reuse, and declutter. So, come early in the morning on Saturday (April 11, 2015 to Providence and April 18, 2015 to Lakes of Windermere) to these two subdivisions in the Windermere area, be prepared for interesting finds!
